1. Serving
Basic TechniquesUnderhand Serve
- Control ball direction (near corner, far corner, center court)
 - Stable standing posture, rhythmic movement
 
Overhand Serve
- Basic power and accuracy
 - Understand opponent weak zones for targeting
 
Evaluation Criteria:
2. Attack (Spike)
Offensive SkillsBasic Spike Technique
- Standard 3-step approach (left-right-left for right-handed)
 - Hit ball at highest point with straight arm
 - Basic coordination with setter
 
Game Reading Ability
- Understand setter position for proper movement
 - Recognize opponent blocks to find gaps
 - Basic coordination with setter
 
Evaluation Criteria:
3. Block
Defensive SkillsSingle Block Technique
- Stand close to net, hands raised in C-shape
 - Jump at right timing with opponent spiker
 - Firm hands, angled downward to press ball
 
Movement Ability
- Basic block slide (lateral movement 2-3 meters)
 - Recognize opponent attack intentions
 - Double block coordination when opportunity arises

The above criteria are minimum requirements for participation. The club will conduct practical tests to accurately assess each individual's ability. Meeting all criteria does not guarantee 100% acceptance into the club, depending on member capacity and team development plans.
